Includes information on the new Modernized e-File (MeF) program for partnership returns, Forms1065/1065-B.

Large and Mid-Size Corporations Certain large and mid-size corporations are required to electronically file their Forms 1120 and 1120-S, while others may do so voluntarily. We’ve included information for corporations who prepare and transmit their own corporate returns and for those using the services of third-party tax professionals.
